After the last update Nov. 27 it doesnt work, Im logging in successfully but, after few second it throws me out to the log-in page. Tried on several devices same problem, an urgent fix is required.

It doesnt open

I have my miles and more card, i requested my PIN and the app will not let me login. Seems like it has a login issue

No point having this app as it doesnt show you your flights but only your mileage account - and not even detailed mileage No check ins, no flight status , pointless.

This app is a waste of life and effort, it does not work for me. Has login issues. Zero stars like a bad blow ¿0b

Despite the bad reviews I just downloaded the app and could get a password and log in without any problems. I could see my miles, even all my past flights and their miles in detail. Would be cool to have more info about the miles program in general on the app, but its great like that, and I also like the design.

The mile history is very limited, Lufthansa does not want you to check the past. Mile claims cannot be done, what is important with Lufthansa (they do mistakes often). You cannot book flights, get milage infos or any kind of support from Lufthansa.

Great app but missing a few options. Mileage upgrade and passbook support for your miles and more card.

The "miles and more" app is very informative and easy to use. I can clearly see all the details of my flights and how many miles I earned per flight. The only problem I did encounter is that the "MemberScout" section didnt work at all. I would greatly appreciate if the people who created the app would fix this issue ASAP.

Weeks after the release the login is still completely broken. I enter my 15 digit number and the app tells me that I cannot use 16 digit numbers. Is there any QA?

It works but I wish it had passbook support

What can I use it for? Well.. Not much. Can I add trips and bookings that airline "forgot" to credit to my account? No, I cannot. Can I add upcoming trip booking? No. Can I add the card to my Passbook. Of course not. Deleting...

The download speed from IStore is horrible

After having three years to work on this, is this truly all that Miles and More can deliver? It seems more like a university project than a true commercial product made for professional customers. Why is there no way to determine taxes/fees on award tickets??? No award redemption chart??? Many of your status customers are older professionals -- we want larger fonts!!! Please stop making these apps "in a vacuum" and seek REAL input from REAL customers and deliver a USEFUL app!

So many transatlantic flights and no miles to show for it. Lousy app as well. Ive gone back to Delta Airlines. Service is so much better

My main reason for carrying the card is that I no longer need the physical SEN card for lounge access. Its the last app I use that still doesnt support the iPhone 6 screens sizes even though they came out more then a year ago. To claim missing miles you still have to go online and you cant see, let alone edit, bookings.
