3 years of app development...for this?

After having three years to work on this, is this truly all that Miles and More can deliver? It seems more like a university project than a true commercial product made for professional customers. Why is there no way to determine taxes/fees on award tickets??? No award redemption chart??? Many of your status customers are older professionals -- we want larger fonts!!! Please stop making these apps "in a vacuum" and seek REAL input from REAL customers and deliver a USEFUL app!
