App is not performing well on iphone 5s. When i observe my miles number increasing, it is not a smooth, steady increase

App is still crashing while I want to tap virtual M&M card in top-right corner. In previous version was exactly the same problem and so far isnt solved yet...

Good app, but it could have implementation of Apple Wallet to save card there.

I find this up very supportive and clear. It gets update within a day from your last flight and it gives you all the information you need for your travels.

Not clear, rather confusing design. loading way too many pictures and internal advertising. Only good thing is the digital copy of the actual M&M card incl. QR code. Otherwise, useless.

Previous version was better. Slow, inaccurate - overall useless

App should be loading faster, especially while starting. Passbook access for card storage would also be nice.

I like it as an app. Still improvements to be done but Im not sure if the Touch ID login works. App opens without Touch ID and you can get all info. Check this. Thanks.

This app is badly designed, not intuitive to use and lacks features. If you want to check your status and award miles you have to tap and drag a lot. The app also doesnt offer any features, like making orders, upgrade bookings...

After the latest app update I am unable to log in again, so I have to use the browser. Please fix...

bad user interface, high complexity, annoying, I want the old app with clear and simple design back!

The previous version of the app was clear and structured. This one doesnt even display the mileage balance/activities correctly, compared to the webpage. The functions previously featured in the app are now re-directed to mobile pages, which are complicated or dont work. Jesus, what a mess... Why do you exchange something that is perfectly okay and working for that?
